Beloved member of BTS Jin can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to hospital visits! His most recent visit seems to be for a minor finger surgery, which he is now recovering from in good spirits.
The news came to light after Big Hit Music made a statement about the incident and updated fans on the 29 year old’s well being.
‘He consulted doctors and was told he required surgery as the tendons in the finger had been partially damaged,’ continued the statement. ‘He underwent surgery to repair the extensor in his left index finger on the afternoon of Friday, March 18.’ Big Hit Music said
They continued ‘The surgery went well according to the doctors. Jin was discharged from the hospital on the morning of Saturday, March 19 and has been resting. He will wear a cast for the time being for stabilization and a speedy recovery.’
In December last year, Jin also had health concerns after a bout of COVID-19, making him one of five members (out of seven in total) to contract the virus. The K-Pop phenoms are due to perform for four nights at the newly built Allegiant stadium in Las Vegas this coming April and there’s no doubt that Jin will be fully recovered by then.
We wish Jin a speedy recovery (and a break from the hospital)!
